The gym and jiu-jitsu training is good, but management's policies are incredibly rigid. After dealing with multiple incorrect charges on my credit card, I was pressured into upgrading to an annual membership. Shortly after, I was severely injured on the mat by an aggressive training partner and cannot train for over several months. Praxis Jiu Jitsu is an excellent gym for anyone looking to begin or continue their training. After considering it for a long time, I finally signed up for a trial class and am very glad I did. While Jiu Jitsu is a physically demanding and competitive sport, the students at Praxis make a genuine effort to learn from one another and prioritize their training partners' safety.
