Praxis Jiu Jitsu is an excellent gym for anyone looking to begin or continue their training. After considering it for a long time, I finally signed up for a trial class and am very glad I did. While Jiu Jitsu is a physically demanding and competitive sport, the students at Praxis make a genuine effort to learn from one another and prioritize their training partners' safety. Came all the way from Scottsdale AZ visiting Seattle, and really wanted to train and keep my routine away from home. Alex was so kind to allow me into his space. It was a small class with 2 other white belts Matt & Chris. Great Roll , great location , great fun! Thank you Alex !
