Very disappointing experience with Linde Medical Gas. Our facility pays invoices on time, yet their billing department continues showing balances due even after our bank confirms the checks were deposited. Their departments do not appear to communicate with each other, leaving customers to repeatedly resolve the same issues. Most concerning, they stopped delivering medical gas to our surgery center despite our contract including a $100,000 credit line that we have never come close to using. I own a small Family owned business. I started going to Linde gas in linden For my tank, everything was fine. I would go there every other month and fill up My tanks everything was fine but now I have been Yeah, four times in the past 40 days. I thought it was a leak in my machine, but I had it checked out three times And there were no leaks. The last Tank didn’t last seven days. It usually lasts 3 to 4 weeks depending on the Usage. The tanks are not filled properly .
Great experience the manager Mike was great he answered all my questions the operator couldn't answer i recommend this place to anyone.
I recently went to linde, and admittedly was very late , it was almost closing time and the manager Michael was very nice and helped me out big time , very nice , professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this place
