I’m leaving 1-star because Darrin is absolutely great and so helpful! But as for the company, they are terrible! I’ve been ordering from them for a few years, and I just placed a big order for an advanced training I have in 4 DAYS, that I have people flying in for by the way, because they decided not to serve cryotherapy accounts anymore?!?!!?!?!?! Now I need to scramble to get everything ready in time. Terrible!! The sad thing is they probably don’t even care that they totally duped a small, local business.
This place had the welder and supplies I was looking for at a great price. Chuck is very helpful. I highly recommend this Praxair location.
Thank you Eric for top notch service! You took care of all my oxygen and propane needs! I got 2 leaking bottles of oxygen from airgas.... and they told me it was a figment of my imagination! You guys tested it it was leaking! You hooked me up with a tank that doesn't leak and made sure it didn't before I left! I really appreciate good customer service and your people knocked it out of the park! Thanks again you made a forever customer today!
