Sure is damn fast shipping (next day), and only $10 for 50 lbs of welding rod. And very well packaged! And cheaper than local stores. I will never go to the store again to buy welding rod.
I called to check on an order that was placed over 10 days ago . The salesperson informed me that it had not yet shipped and was on backorder. When I asked to cancel the order, he became upset and abruptly hung up the phone. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and reflects very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
They make it easy to exchange cylinders and their prices are better than others. Glad I found this place because I will definitely be coming back when I need more exchanges.
