I also thought the manager was rude from about 3 years ago. I need more mig gas , so after reading the reviews he's still there......so im going to airgas for my exchange

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked a question and the guy just Hung up on me and would not answer my question. Very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!!
I called to get information about a welder I recently purchased, I explained the situation to the first guy that answered the phone, then am instantly transferred with no explanation to another person (super jarring), who after explaining the situation proceeds to be extremely rude and condescending like I should know the answer of the question I'm asking already. Definitely don't recommend these guys, super unhelpful, very unfriendly, 0/10 service guys.
