As another review said, not sure why they have 1 star reviews. These guys over in Fargo have never 1 time disappointed me, whether in person for the numerous calls I've made to them to fix issues that Linde has caused me. They go above and beyond to help the customer, so much so I drive an hour to go to them even though there is a distributor in my home city. Great bunch of guys there!
Stopped by to get help selecting TIG setup. Brought $50 worth of supplies to the counter. Clerk turned and talked to some other guy behind the counter and didn't acknowledge me. Put items back on the shelf and heading elsewhere.
