I drove to Airgas first and was told they don't refill tanks and they only exchange their cylinders. I drove down the street and was greeted by Eli I drove to the back he said no problem and gave me an exchange tank. I was in and out in 7 minutes and now I can go back to work. Thank you Linde!
It all started with my initial phone call. Miguel answered and was as informative as could possibly be. Made my trip there and it went as smoothly as possible. Used these guys for our welding supplies until I got a bottle of contaminated Argon. Linde refused to exchange or refill the bottle. The bottle is still full as it got swapped in and our welds immediately went to hell. Person I spoke with on the phone was unhelpful and rude. Do better!
