I hate the way these people PUSH spare parts sales for the CPAP machines. Their Bread and butter is PARTS SALES which is a scam since friends and family warned me against. My CPAP is now 4 years old and NOT ONE PART HAS BROKEN! Yet they called me 24 times year (every 2 weeks) bugging me to get new parts, new hose, new mouth pieces new EVERYTHING. Well, they directories says they close at five. I got here at 4:30 and there was no one around definitely a wasted trip since I had to go about 45 minutes to get here.
