I have been given an empty tank twice now when attempting to get a fill. They will even wrap the valve and pass it off as full. When this occurred the first time, I went back to the store, asked for another tank, and then made them confirm it was full for me by weighing it. They then attempted to ridicule me for asking this. Pathetic.
Came here to buy dry ice for a science experiment. They sell it by the pound, which was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful both on the phone and in-person.
