Had my oxygen and accetaline tanks switched out But got the eye rolls from the 'professional ' behind the counter when I asked for help unloading the tanks from my service vehicle He then never ever answered me but got up and walked slowly to the forklift after I already unloaded the tank (and reloaded the full one) I think I came in while he was eating while working? I'll drive to Hel* before I go back to lindle for any of my welding needs
I found an incorrect price for a cable they overcharged me $110.00. After bringing it to Richard's attention they won't give credit. You will need to pay attention to their invoices.. I will go elsewhere for my welding needs. Owner has since reached out to me and offered to compensate for the price difference.
Ordered consumables and cylinder rentals for a local job. When we wrapped a project and sent for the bottles to be picked up, they left them on-site for months. I have called every month as the bills keep coming in for cylinders that they were supposed to have picked up. They finally confirmed that they picked up their bottles and had the audacity to send another bill for a month after the bottle pickup.
It was nice they found a hard to get welder for me
They didn't have what I was looking for, but I found something I could use. Wasn't cheap, but they had it.
