Absolutely cares!
I have been to Dr. Patel office 2 times. His staff is friendly and polite, services I received was great and I have to come back every ten years.
I came in a little over year ago due to stomach ulcer pain. Waited 6 months to get an endoscopy to be told I was just fine with no plan to prevent this pain in the future . Fast forward to a year later, went to the ER for extreme stomach pain and Was told I had an ulcer and scar tissue from previous ulcers. Anytime I have been in to see Dr Patel, the staff was rude and inconsiderate to every patient that comes in ; the office smells dirty and Smokey like a pack of cigarettes. Dr. Patel is a great doctor. Very compassionate. I’ve been seeing him for years.
My visit with Dr Patel and his staff was wonderful.i was greeted immediately and had only finished the first page of Ifo.when they called me back. Then I waited just 5 minutes before he entered.he answered all my questions and guided me perfectly. Thanks
