I am a patient for over 10 yrs. Dr. Panchal is a compassionate person. He is patient and caring as well as well educated to solve your problems. He is genuine and thorough with his patients. I've been through some medical situations in the past years and Dr. Panchal has truly been a life saver. Yes definitely 5⭐s. And the girls are helpful and nice to me. I hit the jackpot when I found Dr. Panchal. Professional Compassionate Caring and " Gets the job done ".. Thank You Dr. Panchal for all you do.
Horrible staff, Dr is always in a rush to get out. Had givin me wrong medication, did I mention horrible staff. Especially the front desk lady. Gosh she’s so annoying and unprofessional.
Terrible customer service from the representative answering the phones. No sense of urgency to help the only suggestion made was to find another provider. Every time I’ve called this office they make it nearly Impossible for new patients to be seen within a month.
