So far so good. I have an appointment next month and my first impression is very good. I spoke with Claudia and she was very pleasant and informative and I am looking forward to meeting them. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Panchal for nearly five years and hold him in high regard for his expertise and care. However, the one persistent issue I've encountered at this office is the conduct of the front desk staff. Unfortunately, they often come across as dismissive and unapproachable, especially when patients ask questions. Their attitude tends to reflect ego rather than the professionalism and empathy expected in a healthcare setting. Dr. Panchal is the best doctor any patient could have as their primary. You actually have your appointment with him and not a PA. He listens and explains in detail everything that needs to be communicated with you. I felt heard and encouraged to ask any questions that I may have. His entire team there at the Riverside office are helpful and extremely nice and welcoming from start to finish . He is very much in demand and well worth the wait for an appointment.
