Awful doctor and his staffs are terrible. I don't recommend Kaiser Permanente Urology. Lack of care, organization, competency etc....
This doctor and his team don't care about you! Run away from their chaotic urology department. Their entire team is condescending and they totally lack respect!
Impossible to reach out to him and never shows up to his appointment. Ridiculous doctor! Sad I joined KP, and I literally have no option to choose different doctors! Waiting to switch my insurance so that I can see a different doctor.
When I First met with Dr Rao he was straight to the point . He was very knowledgeable about the Medical Need that I would have to have . Was very knowledgeable about the the Medical Procedure's and Options . I Can't began to Thank Him And His Staff enough for patientiness and the Referral Which has Supplied my Medical Recovery .
