great doctor had him for years very polite and nice however staff has been an issue ever since i started going to him over the years, the staff has changed over and over and the city has nails by far the worst they cannot keep information straight. They lose forms and they will call you a liar when they get caught up in mistakes and it’s just very unprofessional for him and I hate it for him because he is such a great guy.
Dr, Patel is one of the best, knowledgeable, professional and caring physicians I have ever met.
Best doctor in Fayetteville! Excellent bed side manner, not quick to prescribe uncessaery medication/referrals, and listens to your concerns.Dr. Patel truly cares for his patients. Lab is located next door. Not part of Cape fear. Takes Tricare. He had staffing issues during COVID and after, but awesome front office staff now. I really appreciate allergy testing. I don't have to take Flonase and Zyrtec everyday now.
Staff does not return your call as new patient. They are very disrespectful.
