Dr. Sunkara and her tech assistant are great, professional and caring. The young lady at the front desk needs to find a new job where she does not have to interact with humans. She is rude, nasty, and unwelcoming. She causes a elevation of my blood pressure. I hope I never have to deal with her again.
I was sad to find out yesterday, that Dr. Sunkara is leaving the practice at Medstar. She has always had the bedside manner that others lack these days. Dr Sunkara was very fair with me, so helpful and very professional. She never hesitated to show true compassion for my needs and what I was experiencing, at any given office visit. My brother was recently killed, and Dr Sunkara was beyond compassionate and sympathetic for my loss. She even called me days after I was in the office, to check on me and see how I was doing.
