If I could give him zero stars I would. I was with my grandfather at an appointment for a endoscopy and they said it was a 3 month wait so we waited. They call the day before and day of trying to rush us to get in there earlier because of their cancellations. So we get in there and on the paper it says wait 3 hrs prior to your appointment to drink clear liquids and we would’ve been fine but because they rushed us in there 2 hours before our scheduled appointment time he couldn’t have the procedure done.
