As an army wife that just moved here, I had an appointment at 1:40 PM. 3 Walnut St. brings you to a house and then when you look at other addresses 3 West Walnut St. actually brings you to UPMC. I walked in the doors at 1:49 and the front desk reception had a hard time putting in our Tricare active army insurance so there was a further delay. I sat in the lobby and was advised at 2:20 PM that the doctor would not see me because I was late. No mercy for upmc having the wrong address or reception delays to check me in. Not a g... read more
I don't usually leave reviews, but Dr. Praveen Jajoria was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, yet empathetic. I could tell he was extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about his profession. He was very thorough. I've read where others thought he interrupted them "rudely". The only time he interrupted was to clarify or focus in on a symptom.
