Unfortunately, very frustrating when it comes to the quotation and billing the patient. They made us pay for the annual physical when we should have no cost at all. We are calling since a month to receive a refund but the person on the phone keeps saying he doesn't see any amount paid there. They also added some blood test which were not part of the annual physical without informing us and which we had to pay extra. Very very frustrating and disappointing.

He is never available. For the past two years, we saw him once and always had my appointments with nurse practitioners, and they don’t have a clue about issues that they are currently treating. We are looking for a new primary care.
Absolutely appalling, if you care about your health AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Jamie at front desk asked how I was doing, I responded I am doing horrible and she proceeded to LAUGH, AND CLAP HER HANDS. Truly disgusting…I almost vomited as my blood pressure sky rocketed.
