Staff was not up to date on any current laws. I was told there is no way to get a paper title unless you are a dealership(all you have to do is request on web site). They did not have a clue how to transfer my old tribal tag to a brown titled vehicle. Then did not provided a receipt and when asked for one wanted to charge extra fee. Under title 47 receipts are required to be kept with the registration refusal, to provide this, puts them in willful violation of title 78. My go-to tag agency, typically. This last time, Hailey who I had never dealt with before, gave me incorrect info on two different issues and wasted my time. It's ok to be grumpy OR ignorant, but not both at a job about state laws.
They really need to stop listening to the super old lady. A court order from the military can substitute as a signature for renewal, but they can’t seem to comprehend that because it’s a new law. Had to leave for no reason. Also, lady with the glasses is rude. Don’t go.
If you can help it please don’t even waist your time going here! I never in my life have dealt with anyone as nasty as the girl whose desk is on the far left, she wears glasses! A new woman with glasses was in training so every time she would ask this girl a question in regards to helping me she responded VERY RUDELY, was snappy and yelling! I feel for that poor woman!
