Love the people that work in here!! Positive attitudes and willingness to help every time I go. Staff was not up to date on any current laws. I was told there is no way to get a paper title unless you are a dealership(all you have to do is request on web site). They did not have a clue how to transfer my old tribal tag to a brown titled vehicle. Then did not provided a receipt and when asked for one wanted to charge extra fee. Under title 47 receipts are required to be kept with the registration refusal, to provide this, puts them in willful violation of title 78.
