Such kind and caring workers! I’ve been using them since we moved to OK 5 years ago and they always handle the business kindly. And we get a THANK YOU card in the mail shortly after from them for giving them our business! What amazing customer service!
They made a costing error on a new vehicle TT&L I was in Kansas at the time and was told they needed to cancel the tag I had put on the vehicle So it would be illegal to drive., they called back saying they wouldn’t cancel if I came in Monday to pay the difference of their mistake. I was on a well site south and West of Stillwater OK had to clock out and drive 70 miles to Prattville Tag agency Then drive back to the job site. Last time using this agency for anything in the future.
