Awesome Humans of Integrity. I blew out the low pressure seal on my hydraulic jack. Asked if they could rebuild it. The mechanic was straight to the point. Said "No" and pointed me to a shop downtown. My only regret is I couldn't pay them for service.

We had an opportunity to use this shop for our estimate for repair work on our 2003 Jayco greyhawk when someone came across the center line into our lane and took out the entire driver side of the house part. These guys where very easy to work with and much more thorough than the initial estimate we got from Hartford based on the pictures I had taken. We had a breakdown on I65N during Spring Break traffic on 3/27/2025. Our 3000 pound boat trailer blew a tire. Prattsville Tire & RV had the tire replaced and the damaged bumper repaired very quickly! Many Thanks! Everyone was very kind & helpful! Job well done!
