Amazing service - Scott is an expert and I was stunned by the extent of his knowledge. Vinny and Lenny worked non-stop to make sure the job was done on time, as expected and on budget - great crew and a great job!
I recently had Pratt's Chimney service out for an inspection and they discovered the flue for my boiler had significant cracking and damage. Steve provided photos and a thorough explanation of the issues and what needed to be done to fix it. They were able to quickly get me scheduled for a liner install and did an excellent job! Fast, friendly, quality service, highly recommended!
Just had my liner put in along with new door and damper. Excellent job! Steve and his crew and very professional and knowledgeable! Left no mess afterward.I highly recommend them!
