We specialize in Pets, Pet Supplies, and Pet Foods - basically anything and everything your pets would need! Quality dog foods to help improve your dog's health such as Earthborn, Taste of the Wild, Pro Pac, Merrick, Diamond Naturals, Avo Derm, and many more. We have our own blends of Exotic Bird and Small Animal Foods made fresh at our facilities. There are hundreds of animals always in our store - making us the local neighborhood zoo for many families for now over 80 years.

Love Pratts it's my go to place when i need to replenish my stock. In regards to previous negative reviews. each city has it's own ordinances, and throwing a pullet in your backyard and expecting it to survive is on you, their birds are not "disease ridden" and the cramped quarters is standard for a stock shop, it keeps the pullets warm. have fought many birds there, and never had any health issues.
We found this place by word of mouth. They were really really busy, so it took a moment to get help. But Once we got help They were very knowledgeable, answer all of our questions and pointed us in the right direction. Professional and fun to deal with. Oh, and my wife loves the pigs. lol
This is one of the best stores in town. They take good care of the pets they are selling and they don't overprice. That's the reason I love them.
This is absolutely the WORST business I've even dealt with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! After multiple questions, the employees were not competent nor did they answer specific questions about city ordinances. They lied about specific information which caused us to have to return 5 chickens (one disease ridden and dead just days after purchase - my guess is because they have hundreds of birds crammed into a very tight and non-livable space) and multiple items such as pine shavings, food, cages, etc. After returning them to ... read more
They had so many dead animals, I was sick to my stomach. Left a review on their Facebook and they promptly blocked me. Should have gotten photos before they started scooping body after body out.

Love this place. Always have experienced good customer service, and been happy with all of my purchases. This place is just awesome to walk around also, they have baby chicks, rabbits, ducks, turkeys, other exotic birds, reptiles... i also find the prices to be fair. I am the owner of 1 cat, 2 dogs, 2 rabbits, 2 chickens. Both of my rabbits and chickens were purchased at Pratt's. Also why would you go to Petsmart or Petco when you could be supporting your local economy and shopping local!
I love this place. I bought 3 chickens here; Baby Girl, Caramel and AnnaBelle. Happy, healthy and living in a full size chicken coop in my backyard (ps, don't tell the city) I actually got one of the guys over at Pratt's to build me the coop and deliver it for an insanely low price. E and I go there on weekends just to wander around and play with the baby chicks, the bunnies, the pigs, the puppies, whatever they have at the time. It's like a mini farm in the downtown Glendale area...I love it!
Have been going to Pratt's spence 1988. Miss the old feed store. Glendale is no longer a small farming town. Like the new Pratt's pet and Urban Farm Store. They have adopted to the needs of the urban community.
