I was looking for a landscaperl and found a company named Pratt's online while on my way to Lowe's to get a saw and a truck pulled out on front of me almost causing me to smash into the side of it. It kept driving slow and slamming it's brakes trying to get me to hit it in the rear. I tried to pass and it would cross the yellow line to stop me. I originally wrote an excellent review but I have to change it. Brandon was friendly and professional at first. He said that the work they done would fix our water drainage problem. Our neighbor had filled in his ditch which had diverted the water to our yard. One week later our crawl space was flooded with water again. Brandon came out and said the water was coming from another area. He charged us more than the first time. We paid alot (too much) for 3 days work. He originally said it would be alot more of work. Brandon was friendly and very knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable. Job for water drainage was done professionally and only in two days. He kept us informed about when and what they were doing. I was impressed. Especially in this day and age when the customer service isn't that great. I would highly recommend them. We plan on having them do some additional work.
