Excellent service. From the phone call to inquire about installation of a hot water heater, scheduling, and the techs themselves. Got lucky and was able to get it done the very same day I called. I can't recommend them highly enough.
We were having heat & hot water issues for 2 days. We were waiting on our propane company to do an emergency call and 8 hours later still nothing. We were able to get in touch with Pratti Mechanical on a Saturday. John came up and fixed it within an hour. Thank God they were able to come and very efficient/exceptional service.
