Pratti Mechanical in Berlin NH did an exceptional job with my furnace in a recent emergency. They advised me of all my options and installed a new boiler keeping my tenants happy and warm. The team at Pratti Mechanical were very professional and honest. If you have any Plumbing, Heating, cooling, & Drain Service needs in the Greater Berlin area do not hesitate to call them first!
The job was done in a professional and timely manner however.. . I went out and purchased the new garbage disposal because I knew what I needed so I already had the part.. In our area of berlin nh $125.00 per hour is way too high of a price. The job was done in 45 minutes. I was still charged for a Full hour then I went to pay cash. I was told I would get a discount for paying cash. I handed him the money. He then told me they don't carry change ummm Ohh okay cool so I didn't really get a discount. Don't trust the positive reviews.... This company will only waste your time with appointment scheduling and then have the inability to produce a simple estimate. It's been 2 months with multiple reminders and no results. Procure help with another company.
