I had the EASIEST experience I have ever had with a billing department. I called and said I wanted to pay through AblePay (they send the info about it with the PRMC statements) but the PRMC statement I uploaded to the AblePay app wasn’t enough info I guess. The PRMC rep was so kind and instead of sending me a more detailed statement for me to send to AblePay, she just took care of it for me and contacted them herself! Short and easy phone call. Answered quickly, resolved quickly!

Their billing department is a joke!!- Told them I didn't need to pay $350 for my MRI, but she argued with me. So I paid it, so I could have the service done. I'm insurance paid 100%, like I told her they would, because I was in my deductible (even showed her on my BCBS account) they owe me $350. I've called monthly since January. "It is pending" is the answer I get every time. I finally spoke to a supervisor, she assured me my refund was going out that day. That was a month and half ago. Called today. Absolutely the worst care imaginable, I wouldn't come here again if my life depended on it. Dr. Kalvin Kruger is a joke and so are his assistants. You'll get better care from the school nurse down the street.

My family member was sent to this hospital for a surgery procedure. The nursing staff were not able to be very attentive because they are super understaffed. He was left dirty for 16 hours and he wanted a shower because he was dirty and said he smelled. We asked the nursing staff in early morning and they kept putting it off cause they had other patients that needed attending to. every time we would ask they would say they were coming and to be patient with them.
