My husband has been treated by Dr Pratt, Dr Allie and their staff for quite a long time due to his mobility and balance issues. They devise a very individual treatment plan and work with him very expertly and personally! It is almost like family now! They are the best!!
This is a world-class facility. You can tell immediately that the entire staff loves what they do. They are empathetic, very knowledgeable individuals. They push you when needed and cheer you on when you reach a new milestone. I started with Pratt in the fall of 2022 and I just graduated today 4/3/24. They healed me but also taught me how to manage my lymphedema and Achilles tendinitis. I am forever grateful.
Very professional team, my shoulder range has improved 40degrees in a month of therapy. They are all concerned with their patients and interact with everyone being treated. Highly recommend if you need therapy.
I prefer to be treated 100% of what my insurance pays for. “Certified “ OT or PT not a technician for my entire therapy. I am now seeing a Occupational Therapist that is a PHD. She doesn’t have anyone call her Dr.
Waited over a month to get an appointment because my doctor referred me to them. When they called and set it up didn’t say anything about masks etc(every other office tells you and sends a text reminder). I showed up totally ready to hopefully start getting better as I’m in a lot of pain. I can’t wear a mask due to lung issues and they refused to treat me.
