I have been going to this practice for a few years. The staff and Doctors are great.l see Dr Akhtar. I find her understanding.

The front desk person how I call to give me information about my appointment was rude and wa not patient enough to listen to my questions to answer it right.she was in rush like she was chased by her anxiety. For my first coming in a week I don’t feel like I want to visit this place.

I had an appointment with a “new doctor “ Rabia Akhtar at this practice, she took over for a doctor that left the practice, she was very unprofessional, she had no compassionate to “me” the patient, said eventually I would need dialysis and if I didn’t agree than you can die. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE

update: End Answering Services!!! It's too bad Pratt mMedical cannot afford a real receptionist. You can't post without a star, but the mode of this practice for communication deserves no stars. Calling knowing you won't get through and you'll have to wait for a call back for which you may not be available and have to go through this all again wastes a lot of time and casts a negative tone over every communication from the get-go.
