Wonderful staff! You wouldn't think that coming in to have someone poking around at your throat for a while (thyroid imaging) would end up being such a great experience... but it really was. Jenna and Leola at the front desk were so super friendly they cheered up my whole day! Allisa, the tech who did my imaging, was also just as friendly and you could tell she is very good at what she does... very thorough, very direct, very quick, and very professional as well cheerful and caring. This review is for the Jack Johnson imaging center. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, Jenna and Leola. I had a mammogram and bone density test. Natasha and Melody we’re both very professional and kind. Definitely recommend this facility.
This review is for the imaging center at the Jack Johnson location on Carol Lane. Jenna (hope I spelled that correctly) at the front desk was fantastic. My elderly mother in law had an appt for a CT scan. She mistakenly drank the barium contrast an hour earlier than she was supposed to. Jenna spoke with the CT tech Natasha who worked my mother in law in an hour early so she wouldn't have to go through the prep again.
