Wow, I am not sure how they continue to exist...they've either been brought or merged or something of late and now calling them is an all day experience as I assume they have one person answering phone calls...over the last couple of weeks I have dreaded making calls to Pratt as I have spent on average 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up and as much as 35 minutes being on hold. This in the business world would seem unsustainable but I guess they believe they're the only game in town and these poor customer experiences ... read more
I had my labs done at Pratt Medical and they use up to date technology when it comes laboratory testing and sampling. They also provided me good service and see that I was taken care of properly by the medical staff.
This medical center is very clean and they use up to date technology when it comes to imaging. We encountered no problems with the processing of coverage on my insurance in this facility and everything was taken care off very smoothly.
