I saw Dr. Griswold today as a new patient. The front office staff was friendly and polite. Dr. Griswold was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this doctor.
I haven't been around and about enough to say that Zachary Getz is the best, but if you're looking for a male practitioner who will just simply be there for you when he can be. Serously, look no further.

I was instructed to arrive at 7:45 to fill out my paperwork for an 8 am appointment. I arrived at 7:45, filled out my paperwork and was called back into a room at about 8. At 8:40 I had still not been seen by the doctor, so I called the front desk who advised the doctor had to run to the hospital and would be back soon. Had I not called I would not have known this information. At 9:05 I still had not been seen and the nurse still had not come in to explain the wait. This is highly unprofessional. Good luck in getting an appointment for at least a month. I have been going to Pratt since early 90's but I am extremely disappointed in trying to see someone. I have now made 4 calls with an urgent problem and earliest I can get in is 25 days later. Is this anyway to treat their long-term patients. I think not.
