Dr Wills let me sit for 5 months with a torn meniscus trauma from my dog hitting me with his head all he wanted to do was take my knee out and doing a knee replacement replacement when I have a good knee I had to beg for an MRI. I got my MRI. I went to another doctor and what would you know I’ve been walking five months with a terrible meniscus tare. He’s very unprofessional he’s rude and he doesn’t care about his patience. I was very pleased with both the staff, and the doctor. Dr. Wills is phenomenal; very informative and caring. You can tell he really knows his stuff, and I feel very much at ease with being able to trust him to do my future surgery. It is very hard to find a doctor you can have faith in, and he is one that you can! The staff was also very good! Very attentive and great at helping you. I'm very pleased that I was referred to him, and I also highly endorse this great team!
The staff at Pratt Orthopedics check-in was very pleasant and welcoming. The nurse and X-ray technician were also efficient and friendly. My Doctor was frank and knowledgeable. Altogether the experience was reassuring and encouraged my trust.
Great experience from the receptionist, nurses, technicians and Dr. Any questions were answered with patience. It’s a great place to receive medical care. You are a person not a number.
