Spent over 150k and customer for 6 years. 0 help with any situation. Was charged for a tag for 4 years that we did not have because our sales rep had no idea what was going on. Saw our rep 2x in 6 years. Totaled a vehicle and dealt with the whole process through Donegal with Pratt giving 0 help while we were getting hammered on vehicle payout. Pratt never once reached out to help with the situation. Pratt is nothing but a middle man to collect your money and profit off of you having insurance with a mutual carrier.
Called for a quote on homeowners insurance. The girl that took my info was definitely inexperienced. I still have not received my quote after 4 days..........
Has always answered questions quickly, and it's easy to shoot over an email to ask for something like a COI for our clients when they need it. Communication is key and they do it well.
