Pratt Remodeling does an amazing job! Delivering superior quality, beautiful interior design and implementation with a high level of customer service. They handled all aspects of our major remodel with care and excellent attention to detail. Any problems that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have built two homes (2000 in Vadnais Heights and 2022 in Mahtomedi), as well as 2 remodeling projects. They are very professional, are always in communication, and set out realistic expectations. I would never use another builder. The 50 years that they have been in business speaks for its self.
The most you'll ever spend for "good enough". Be sure to look at many of their model homes and pay attention to quality.
