I needed a roof and called Pratt Home Improvement. They removed our old roof and replaced it in one day. 5 man crew was very professional and our property was cleaned up and all debris removed. We used CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles and are very happy with our new roof. Locally owned and operated Pratt Home Improvement is the company to call. They use only top quality materials and professional installers.
Great service, clean install.
One star because zero is not an option.. I first contacted Jim in April about gutter install and front porch roof and column support work. I was told I would be put on the schedule. I called again in June to get an update. Jim showed up and gave me a " I don't want your business quote". I accepted the quote and was told again I would be put on his schedule. End of August and I have not heard a word from him. Do not waste your time.
