Great communication, quality materials, excellent value, property left clean. Strong recommend!
I have had alot of work done by Pratt Home Improvement, all new windows, all new sliding doors, new front door, new skylight, new gutters with gutter guards, new down spouts and all new siding, all of the projects have turned out great. Couldn't ask for better customer service and the guys all do a fantastic job and the area is always cleaned up afterwards.
Pratt Home Improvement is a company for roofing, siding, window replacement and doors that we use at Baytowne Apts. The quick responses are very appreciated. Jim is very professional and his team is hardworking! They always leave project areas clean too!
I have worked with Pratt Home Improvement for several years on a number of different projects on an older home. This includes roof installation, gutter installation, window replacement, exterior painting of the entire house, and bathroom remodeling. The quality of the work is excellent and the company and craftsmen are very responsible and responsive. I have always been very satisfied with their honesty and getting the work done on schedule for the agreed price. This is my "go-to" company whenever I need any home improvement... read more
I would not hesitate to recommend Jim Pratt. He redid my roof and gutters on time and within the started price. The work looks great, his crew was hard-working and conscientious, even during record breaking heat. The price was the best of several estimates, but nothing about the end result looks low-end. He will be my go-to for future projects.
