Genuinely cares about me as their patient they almost always answer my phone calls and or call me back same day. The place I was at before them never answered the phone and heavily pushed using online portals only but I really appreciate talking to an actual human especially with the rise of AI. Im having my first kid so you can imagine how many questions and or worries I have and it makes me feel better knowing how much Dr Vogt cares. My family visits Pratt Family Practice yearly & we absolutely love the providers. Dr Vogt and her team are absolutely amazing!
Repeatedly did not send test and lab results to other facilities. "Forgot" to send patient information to another facility for a second opinion on a cancer diagnosis. Do not recommend.
Made me upset that I was just discarded with no caring from the PA! Who waits on patients with a rubber stress ball? Kind of says it all! I won’t come back!
You couldn't ask for better doctors or Healthcare workers.
