Really have impatient and rude receptionist! She should be banned from any job relating to dealing with people! Wish karma gets to her fast!
Genuinely cares about me as their patient they almost always answer my phone calls and or call me back same day. The place I was at before them never answered the phone and heavily pushed using online portals only but I really appreciate talking to an actual human especially with the rise of AI.
