If I had the opportunity to give no stars, I would most certainly do so. Not only is David Pratt’s assistant hateful and patronizing, when asking to speak to him, he is just as such. Steer clear of this office unless you want someone to talk down to and belittle you.
A loved one went through this office but not by choice. We didn’t have the chance to speak to Mr Pratt directly, we were denied this option, so I cannot speak on him or his skill, but if he is as uncouth as the receptionist, I’ll consider it a blessing.
