Clifton, the Service Writer, was simply amazing. He was kind, polite, respectful, coureous, all the good things I could say about a person, that was Clifton. The service was completed promptly, and exceeded my expectations for the time it took, and the price they charged. Keep this guy, he's a game changer in the service department! :-)
Have a 2019 Ram purchased new and never serviced other than at Pratt's. They have always taken good care of my truck .
