Recently had major service performed on my 2003 Sequoia these guys did a great job!! Their pricing was very good, offered a loaner while service was being performed. I would recommend this shop to all. My vehicle was clean when I picked it up and everything was in place. Great Job!! And Thank you

Jerry Pratt and his staff can be trusted. They are competitive in price - I'm certain their services cost less than dealers - yet they offer, I believe, service that is as excellent as a dealer. I take 3 vehicles there for service. I accept their recommendations without questions. Now if I can just find a good plumber!

These are great and honest people. They have fixe my Lexus several times over the years. They do what they say and charge alot less than the Lexus dealers do. They are no pressure. They tell you what you need and how much it will be and let you decide what to do. My husband tells me now- just take the car and let them do whatever they tell you it needs. That is how much he trust them.

As an independent, Pratt Automotive provided the best value for me, since the owners are long term former Lexus top mechanics with many years of training. They explain things to you and let you come out into the shop to see exactly what they are talking about. The dealers don't like to do that for insurance reasons. Their prices are the lowest in the DFW metroplex, but the quality of their service is as good or better than the dealer's.
