I have been a patient at Family Medical Group for over 30 years. When my latest primary care Dr. retired I called and identified Dr Pratt as my PCP. I was told I had been accepted and transferred to Dr Pratt within the medical group. Now after a year and a half has passed, I was told that she would not accept me as a patient. Seems I needed to go see her even if I was not sick during the pandemic. Somehow being healthy and not going to see them often enough gets you dropped "no money spent". Lacks compassion and does not put the patient first. She talks about other patients and their stories without naming names, but it is a small town, so i figured out who she was talking about one time. Just not professional enough for me.
She is an awesome doctor and Family Medical Group is an outstanding group of people. Always feel welcomed and acknowledged no matter what the issue is.
Dr. Pratt is one of the kindest most compassionate physicians I have seen. She always listens and responds to my concerns. I travel to see her and will continue to do so. She is not a preferred provider on my insurance so I have a higher out of pocket to see her. The front office staff and medical assistants are always pleasant and professional. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone who wants and a caring and compassionate provider.
