We love them! We have had them clean numerous garments for us. And it’s always done in a very quick turnaround, and exceptional work. Really nice people too.
When I walked in for the first time, I apparently had a deer-in-headlights look as I'd walked into the dry-cleaning side. Immediately, a very nice and attentive woman named Rachel asked if I needed any help. She walked me over to the laundromat side and showed me how to use the system (which takes credit cards) and voila I was off and running. Her customer service, patience and kindness was stellar and unexpected especially when you hear of so many attendants elsewhere being quite the opposite. Rachel for the win!
I needed a place to wash and dry an enormous quilt. The machines were large. The staff were eager to help me figure out how to use the washing machine and dryer. The facility is clean and welcoming. I will be back again. .
Was blown away when I picked up a pair of dry cleaned pants and saw that the had fixed a hem for me. Thank you!!!!!
