I had to have a formal dress dry cleaned on short notice. I took it in on a Saturday and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday. They did a wonderful job. Very professional and great service.
We had a fire at the house and needed clothing and sheets and towels cleaned. Isaiah was wonderful! He took care of things swiftly, he was very kind and thoughtful, he had the clothing we needed taken care of very quickly and the rest quickly as well. And he carried the heavier load to my car! I know we’ll need Pratt Abbott more in the coming weeks and know we’ll be taken care of.
