First time I have had anything dry-cleaned in a long time. The automated system in Falmouth, Maine is great, easy to use, and convenient. But, needing any personal support, there is sketchy. The first time I went in a wanted a quote on getting a jacket cleaned. I was told $12.00 by an employee. I thought that was fair given I didn't want to invest a bunch into a jacket that I bought second-hand. When I went to pick up the jacket, the price was double what the woman quoted me.
