The quality of the work was great, but as a new customer trying to understand and to work with your system, I found the personnel to be rude. On my first experience, I found the service to be humorous and equated my experience to my lack of understanding as to how to navigate your system. So I got it! The scanner didn’t work properly for me, and then the woman working there was very rude. It was my first time there, so I was new to dropping off dry cleaning with that system. She kept saying the system was simple and I did it wrong, but the man next to me told her I did it right. Instead of telling me the system was simple, she could have helped me, or if that’s too much to expect, just give me the bag back to try it again. I took me clothes somewhere else.

Failed to get a stain out pf a sweater I brought in. Damaged sweater in the process and would not issue a refund. Very disappointed with communication during this process and never received a price per item breakdown on my receipt. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had a dress dry cleaned in July at Pratt Abbott (see receipt below). The string that ties up the front of the dress around the chest was lost during dry cleaning and I still haven’t received any resolution or sincere apology for the issue or delay. I would avoid working here or using any of the Pratt Abbott dry cleaners. Do not take any valuable garments here! Should have read the reviews. Wanted to just drop off a suit via the new automation system, and I cannot get a person on the phone simply to confirm if they have my order or not. They sent the confirmation email to the wrong email three times at this point with various information. At this point I’m stressed i won’t even have the suit back.
