We had a lovely experience eating at this restaurant. Our server Ciara was absolutely fantastic, she was very attentive, friendly and helpful. I would definitely request her as your server if you visit. The establishment was also very clean and the food was amazing!
Pains me to say this but it feels like the quality of food at Prato has notably declined. They took the chopped chicken salad off the menu so I had the arrúgala salad with chicken and it felt like an after thought. Hardly any dressing, two chunks of tough artichoke and dry chicken. I consider myself a foodie. I don't waste money on bad food. I've never been to an Olive Garden and have no desire to. There is no worse feeling than spending money on a meal that is bad in all objective senses. It is the worst feeling in my opinion to finish a meal, walk out there door, and feel like crap and know that you just ate it. It's in you. Bad food Bad Drink bad Attitudes
Prato has certainly changed since the shut down. Have been coming here for over 15 years, but last nights experience wasn’t great. I’ll start by saying - bring back the widow maker, the pasta half plates, and do away with the miniature arancini. We had a reservation at 8:15 and weren’t sat until 8:30. It was so loud we had to yell to hear one another. The atmosphere has become a club, which isn’t ideal for a dinner setting.
