Does not answer messages back. Didn't get what needed to be done right away so now it being draw out longer. And broke client confidentiality when I called and asked about something that I shouldn't of gotten any information about because it was my father's lawyer and I had asked about his trust and was given a bunch of information that never should of been told to me without his permission.
