Sadly, undeniable decrease in quality over time. They don't provide support when you have questions they'd rather dodge, perhaps to avoid revealing their level of attention to detail. But I think their heart is in the right place, may just need to reflect.

Discovered their online store in 2014, loved what I was reading and placed my first big order. Their line was the only skincare I used until 2021, when I'd seen enough of their dropping quality. This isn't why I'm writing a review though. During the pandemic, I wanted to explore the option of zoom consultation + finally get my chance to say hello to Pratima Raichur. Only went to purchase gift cert. Much more difficult this time . Must purchase on line. But difficult to reach anyone over the phone.

I had a mini facial and did not know what to expect. It was amazing. Yamile B. (Lead Esthetician) was very professional and patient. I'm from Oklahoma but will visit every time I'm able to while in NYC.
