My husband and I both have wedding rings crafted by Christina and Thomas. At this point, we can’t even dream of going to another jeweler (we went direct), as the two of them are so kind, thoughtful, and eager to hear our feedback on material. Very disappointing. My husband purchased a beautiful ring I picked out at Maui Hands at the Wailea shops. I have loved this very special ring. I’ve worn it on special occasions and in doing so it became a bit scratched. I asked Maui Hands if Pratima could buff it and clean it for me. The employee contacted Pratima and was told, yes. The employee told me there might be a minimal charge, but she suspected there wouldn’t be since the ring was many thousand $$$.
