I started seeing Dr B for debilitating migraines. The first appointment was so thorough; I had never been to a doctor appointment like that before. He was not rushed, and he really took his time to make a plan with me, and make sure I understood my options. He took my migraines seriously, and I felt so validated and heard. Dr. B is wonderful and caring and has a great bedside manner. The front desk staff, not so much. They're really short and dismissive. It's also difficult to get this office to call you back. Even after leaving a voicemails and still receiving no call back.
The people who answer the phone dont have half a brain between them. They set my appointment and 3 days before hand i call to confirm and they tell me i have no appointment. AFTER i cancel my ability. Hours before my appointment they call and tell me i have one. Useless excuse of a MD
Legitimately the best doctor I've seen in my life. Somehow the wait is never long even though you receive extremely thorough, focused care. Everyone in the practice is extremely good at their jobs, as well as at communicating and being kind. Dr. B and his colleagues helped me through a very difficult medical problem with unparalleled compassion and organization. I cannot thank him enough, and I cannot recommend he and his practice's entire team enough.
