I’m stuck with Medicaid now, and Dr Rayapati has always been amazing. Haven’t had any billing issues as the other reviewer seemed to have. Tulane is now part of LCMC network so there could have been issues due to this merger which seems to have happened recently.
Dr. Rayapati is fine. However, I have been 3 times to see her and all 3 times I've had billing issues that take months to resolve. Their office does not care whatsoever if they bill things incorrectly. I even reached out to Dr Rayapati to let her know how horrible my experience has been with her billing department and was met with no response. So, that leaves me to believe she obviously doesn't care either. I would say go elsewhere unless you just have plenty of extra time to fight with billing after every appointment. Her o... read more
i love dr.Rayapati and nurse Kathy(Cathy?) i always feel comfortable and welcomed! the whole staff in that office is great. i definitely recommend my doctor.
