Unfortunately got off to a bad start with Lynette in the office. She made me feel like I was bothering her by calling back daily to see if there's a cancellation other than Christmas eve. Dr has really good reviews. Looking for a good office staff as well whete I don't feel like im bothering g them by calling

The entire process of working with this team as a PCP is no good. Very inefficient with communication and zero scheduling availability. Dr Chaloori requires an in person visit before prescribing anything simple (i.e. sea sickness patch, ear drops for an ear infection). You are better off visiting a walk in and finding another PCP.

I always have a great experience with her. My whole family and my parents goes to her. Whenever I take my parents to her, she listens to everything they have to say and then advises them what’s best for them. She is always smiling to listens your perspective as well.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Revere Medical Services (Prathima Chaloori). When I was sick with a fever for two days, I tried to get a proper medical examination, and the entire process was a nightmare. First, they wanted to do a telehealth appointment, which I refused because I knew I needed an in-person exam. After doing a COVID test myself (which was negative), I finally got an in-person appointment. But here's the shocking part - when I arrived, they told me they DON'T do flu or strep throat checks!
