We had multiple problems with a lift station. Prather Plumbing was great, awesome follow through and very professional. We work with a few of the team and will say they were excellent plumbers and pleasant people. Recommend.
The plumber they sent to my house was a hack. He was in a hurry and reckless. Without doing any diagnostics or calling Navien to speak with a technician, he removed the pressure reducing valve and ran high pressure water straight into the water heater. Within minutes, the water heater started leaking. The plumber took no responsibility, gave up, and just left. I then received a message from Prather saying they take no responsibility for damaging my water heater.
AJ and AJ were excellent! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
